Firm History
Wickham Jarvi and Warman Architects was established in the early 1960s by
Lawrence Wickham. Kathleen A. Warman and Michael J. Jarvi joined the firm in
1983 and 1984 respectively. Mrs. Warman and Mr. Jarvi acquired the company in
1988, and on August 1, 1993, Wickham Jarvi and Warman became a professional
corporation with Mrs. Warman as Majority Stockholder. The firm, certified
woman-owned business, is now under the sole ownership and leadership of
Kathleen A. Warman.
Statement of Qualifications
Warman Design Group Architects provides architectural services to a wide variety
of commercial and governmental clients, both locally and nationally. Those
clients include, Texaco/Shell Petroleum, Phillips Petroleum, Koch Industries,
Blockbuster Video, Hollywood Video, Cameron Savings and Loan Bank, The North
Kansas City School District, City of Gladstone, and the City of Lenexa. Areas
of expertise include public, educational, governmental, retail, office,
petroleum, park planning, warehouse, and financial facilities.
